Terms of Service

1. Services
NexComRise provides marketplace account management, advertising, inventory and setup services as described in your signed proposal or selected plan. Scope changes are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Account access
You grant limited user permissions inside your own marketplace accounts. Ownership always stays with you and access can be revoked at any time. We never transfer, sell or share your account credentials.
3. Fees and billing
Plan fees are billed monthly or annually in advance and cover management only. Advertising budgets, marketplace fees and third-party software are paid directly by you.
4. Term and cancellation
An initial 90-day term applies, after which plans continue month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for a started period are non-refundable.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for product compliance, safety, intellectual property rights, pricing decisions and fulfilment unless expressly contracted otherwise.
6. Results
We share past results as examples, not guarantees. Marketplace performance depends on product, price, stock and platform policy, some of which lie outside our control.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties keep commercial information confidential. We sign your NDA on request before any account access is shared.
8. Liability
Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will notify active clients by email at least 30 days before changes take effect.
