Data we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, company), and operational data from the marketplace accounts you ask us to manage, such as sales, advertising and inventory reports.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, deliver the services you contracted, produce your performance reporting, and send the newsletter if you opted in. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, on the basis of your consent for marketing emails, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the processors that run our service (hosting, email delivery, analytics and reporting tools) and with marketplaces where you have authorised our access. All processors are bound by confidentiality terms.
Retention
Client account data is retained while your contract is active and for 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Enquiry data is kept for 24 months.
Security
Access is limited to team members working on your account, protected by unique logins and two-factor authentication. We never store marketplace passwords in plain text.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and basic analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
